We are a family business from Monforte de Lemos – Lugo – Galicia

Our parents and grandparents have been in the beef sector since the 1930s, sending cows, calves and oxen by train from the Monforte de Lemos trainstation to all of Spain

We are breeders and distributors of our own animals as well as others that we select in Galician farms.

We send the cutting of these animals to yours homes in 24/48 hours.

Sacrifice

After a minimum of 24 hours in the slaughterhouse, properly fed and fed so that they do not suffer stress and fatigue, the slaughter is carried out with the utmost care, to avoid bacteriological contamination, which is helped by rapid cooling when passing by the tunnel of oreo before its storage in the chambers where the temperature and humidity are constantly controlled.

Selection and Distribution.

As a last step, we reach the canal quartering and selection of each piece for its preparation and distribution to each client, for which we have our own refrigeration vehicles for national distribution, with flexible schedules for each client, and with vehicles specialized rental for international distribution with location and temperature control via satellite.
